Community Involvement

Constructors Hawaii Inc. is not only dedicated to building for Hawaii but is also committed to helping Hawaii’s people. We aim to create a positive impact on our community by participating in the following events and organizations:

American Heart Association Heart Walk: This annual walk raises funds to fight the devastating impact of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Child and Family Service Fall Gala: Each year, Constructors Hawaii sponsors this fundraising event to provide resources for strengthening families by caring for keiki, empowering youth, healing from trauma, and honoring our kūpuna.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure: Constructors Hawaii helps support a series of 5K runs and fitness walks, which raise significant funds and awareness for the breast cancer movement.

Creating a Culture of Wellness

With a foundation of a healthy, supportive culture, we believe that our workplace will allow our employees to thrive — producing results for our company and also improving the health of our employees. We like to engage our employees by providing the following resources:

Yoga: Each week on Wednesday after work, employees have the option to take part in a basic yoga class to help de-stress and find balance during a very busy work week.

Lunch and Learn: This is an opportunity for employees to learn about a specific topic regarding health during their lunch hour. The program is set up to occur once a month and discuss topics that the employees would like to hear and learn more about.
