This project consisted of construction of a new retail-office-restaurant space in the heart of Kailua town.

A stunning departure from a cookie-cutter building design, 143 Hekili Street presents an outstanding appearance with a variety of finishes, textures and colors on the exterior, including Hardie siding, plaster with a raked finish, precast columns with exposed coral rock, and unique sunshades.
